In collaboration with Hasbro and the Analia Entertainment Group, the project saw a disused mall transformed into a 20,000sq m (215,278sq ft) location-based entertainment (LBE) venue offering interactive games, escape rooms, theatres and a themed hotel. This Transformers & My Little Pony branded Family Entertainment Center (FEC) consists of three levels with 34 themed spaces and 21 entertainment projects for guests of all ages.

In collaboration with Paramount Pictures, Hasbro, and NVE Experience Agency, INNOVATE Entertainment designed and produced the immersive ‘Tavern Experience’ to celebrate the announcement of the DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THIEVES film. The experience debuted at the world famous San Diego Comic-Con and allowed fans the opportunity to physically step inside, and interact with, the world of D&D for the first time ever.

The football experience center integrates sports, entertainment and high-tech elements, and uses virtual environment to drive different simulated football training experiences, allowing guests to be immersed in the top football world and have a taste of what it is like to be a professional player.
